1) Maintaining the passion and joy for me is all about making sure you are working on the right things. If you focus on helping people just like yourself that also have an interest and passion for your hobby then you will spend most of your time doing what you like but if you just focus on making money from your business then this will likely become a chore and take the fun out of it. If you are solving problems for people, answering questions they have and providing services and products they need the profit will be a by product of this and will allow you to do what you enjoy.

2) I have found the best ways to gauge the market demand is to do a simple mind map of your hobby, start out by putting your hobby in the middle of a big piece of paper and start making a note of all the different elements and related elements of your hobby. This will give you a good overview of the potential issues, questions, products and services that people have in your hobby. Also I would recommend a good affiliate marketing platform like Wealthy Affiliate that will guide you through a really detailed process of assessing your Hobby’s potential without spending anything at all
